Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is quite good, centrally situated near the train station and main tourist area. The rooms, though spotlessly clean, slightly below the expected standard, especially the bathroom tiles. The service was polite but lacked efficiency at times. The dining experience was subpar, leading us to opt for breakfast outside. Despite the minor shortcomings, the hotel has notable positives and is value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were better than expected, although the shower head was installed too low for taller individuals. The location was superb, with a nearby shopping mall and easy access to various facilities. However, the water temperature was not ideal, and the noise from the water system could be bothersome at night.
I chose this hotel mainly for its location in the heart of Jerusalem. While the rooms were a bit older and facing a busy street with ongoing road works, they were still decent. The service, especially from David at reception and Tarek in the food section, was extremely helpful and professional, but there was a sense that the owners were more profit-oriented. The dining experience left much to be desired, leading me to explore breakfast options outside. Despite the drawbacks, the atmosphere and location were excellent, making me consider returning in the future.
The hotel offers a range of experiences. The rooms, although not up to the expected standard, were slightly below par, with outdated tiles in the bathroom and some noise disturbances. The service, particularly from David at reception and Tareq at breakfast, was friendly and welcoming. The location, right next to major transportation hubs, was convenient. The dining options were varied, providing fresh and plentiful choices.
The hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and well-equipped, they did not reach the level of excellence I was hoping for, more like a 2-star hotel. The service was top-notch, making my stay feel special and hassle-free. The location was convenient, being close to the bus terminal, but there were some issues with the dining experience not meeting expectations.
